Return & Refund Policy

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at I Am The Company. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at I Am The Company, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
We currently do not allow returns or refunds on any of our products. We do however offer exchanges as per the below policy.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order with the below conditions.
For international exchanges: the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the items, a thorough quality check will be carried out to ensure the items have not been worn and still have their tag. If it passes our quality check, we will ship your new item back to you free of cost.
We allow 1 exchange per order.
For local exchanges: we offer free exchanges for local orders in UAE. Once we receive the items, a thorough quality check will be carried out to ensure the items have not been worn and still have their tag. If it passes our quality check, we will ship your new item back to you.

Shipping
I Am The Company is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item initially had free shipping, the customer is still liable to pay the return shipping cost.
